You choose the relevant role, search out the person and click on Add
The added people are listed grouped by role-type
You can also remove the added people
Exam administrators and co-administrators
These two roles have the same privileges on the specific exam and can access and manage the full exam overview
Exam administrators are usually regular administrators
Co-administrators are usually assessors that have been given elaborate privileges on specific exams
Authors
Author is a very downgraded version of the co-administrator (has the role assessor)
Authors can add/remove exam question sets or Multiple choice questionnaires and define hand in formats (authors permissions to do so can be managed on the specific exams and on a university level)
Authors can add/remove assessors (authors permissions to do so can be managed on the specific exams and on a university level)
Author rights are not visible until the first author is added to the exam
Authors can be added in the interface or via a web-service
