E-mail

Mails for the individual exam can be shown, edited, activated/deactivated. Also mails can be created and send from the tab ‘E-mail’.

By clicking “Create new e-mail” in the top right corner, you can create an e-mail when (i.e.) exam is visible, exam start or assessment start. Status for every e-mail is shown in the right side of the screen.

If you wish an e-mail to be shown, edited or change its status, click the function you want to use in the right side of the screen.

In the example above ‘Exam is visible mail’ is mandatory, and status therefore cannot be changed. No notifications are send to students per e-mail, as this has been set to inactive.

Finally it is possible to send mails to specific users. In the example below recipients are “All students”, and sending time is set to “Send immediately”. In this way an e-mail will immediately be send to all students associated the exam.
Remember to click “Save” when finished.

Below is another example of an e-mail where recipients are “All students”, and sending time is set to “Assessment start”. This e-mail can be edited until the sending time occurs.
