If there is a need to link registrations from one EKA to an already created exam on another EKA, the function “Link this EKA to another exam” can be used.
Note: You cannot link if the EKAs have different assessment types, or if students have already submitted or received a grade.
If the censor type differs, a warning will be shown, but the action can still be completed.
How to use the functionality
- Go to the page All Exam Activities
- Open the EKA from which the enrollments should be linked
- Click “Add this EKA to another exam”
- Select all students on the EKA and choose “Move” to the exam
